Pink Beach (Tangsi)

Tangsi Beach — known as Pink Beach — gets its distinctive pink hue from crushed red coral mixed with white sand. It's one of only a handful of pink sand beaches in the world. The snorkeling offshore is excellent with healthy coral and diverse fish. Getting here requires a 2-hour drive from Kuta on roads that deteriorate toward the end. Bring your own supplies — facilities are very basic.
