Senggigi main strip (central)
★ 4.0(290 reviews)
Ozzo Club is the only true late-night nightclub on mainland Lombok — a Senggigi main strip venue with proper DJ booth, dance floor, and opening hours that run until 3am or 4am on weekends. Cocktails run 90,000–140,000 IDR and the crowd is heavily Indonesian with a smaller Western contingent. Real club rather than bar with music.
# Ozzo Club: Mainland Lombok's Only Real Nightclub
Mainland Lombok — the parts of the island that aren't the Gilis or Kuta Lombok — has a structural late-night nightlife problem. Most bars close at 1am or earlier. The cultural context (Muslim-majority island, conservative West Lombok norms) limits how aggressively venues can operate after midnight. For a long time, anyone wanting a true after-1am nightclub experience in Lombok had to either fly to Bali or take the boat to Gili Trawangan.
Ozzo Club is the answer to that gap. It's a properly-built nightclub on the Senggigi main strip — DJ booth, dance floor, lighting rig, bottle service — and it's the only mainland Lombok venue that genuinely operates as a nightclub rather than a bar with music.
Open Wednesday through Sunday from 9pm. Closing time runs 3am Wednesday and Sunday, 3am Thursday, and 4am Friday and Saturday. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
The peak hours are 11pm to 2am with a drop-off after 2am. Friday and Saturday peak harder and run later; weeknights are quieter and more local.
The DJ programming is dominated by Indonesian DJs spinning a mix of international house, hip-hop, and a substantial component of Indonesian pop and dance music. This is important to understand: if you arrive expecting Western EDM festival headliners, you'll be disappointed. Ozzo plays the music that gets the Indonesian crowd dancing, and that's a different setlist than what plays at Gili T's Jiggy Bar.
Occasionally a guest DJ from Bali plays a special night — these are advertised on Ozzo's Instagram a week or two ahead and tend to bring out a younger, more international crowd.
Bintang large bottle is 50,000 IDR. Cocktails run 90,000–140,000 IDR with the standard club menu (mojito, margarita, long island, vodka cranberry, espresso martini). Premium cocktails push 160k. Shots are 40,000 IDR for arak or tequila, 60k for premium spirits.
Bottle service starts at 1.5 million IDR for a standard bottle of vodka or rum with mixers — cheaper than Bali clubs (which start around 3 million IDR) and a viable option for groups of 4–6 people splitting the cost. Premium bottles run 3–5 million IDR.
Cash works best. Card terminals exist but are unreliable.
Heavily Indonesian. Mataram-based young professionals come over for Senggigi weekend nights, local Senggigi residents make up a steady core, and there's a smaller contingent of Western tourists, expats, and Bali-circuit travelers passing through. Weekend Friday and Saturday peaks shift slightly more international as Western tourists who learned about the venue make appearances.
The Indonesian crowd tends to dress up — collared shirts, dresses, real shoes. Western tourists arriving in flip-flops and singlet vests are welcomed but visibly out of place. Smart casual is the right call.
Younger end of the Lombok mainland nightlife spectrum — early 20s to mid-30s. Mixed gender, generally social and friendly, but the language barrier can be real if you don't speak Indonesian.
Solo female travelers should be cautious. Ozzo is a real club with the typical late-night dynamics that come with that. The crowd is mostly fine but the venue is more intense than the Gili Cafe Bar live music scene. Travel in a group if possible, watch your drink, and the bouncers are responsive if you flag a problem.
No formal cover charge most nights. Special guest DJ nights occasionally have a 100k IDR door charge — check Instagram beforehand.
The unofficial dress code is smart casual to dressed up. Flip-flops, board shorts, and beach singlets are technically allowed but you'll feel underdressed. Closed shoes, collared shirt or dress, and looking like you made some effort will fit much better.
Central Senggigi main strip, easy walk from any central hotel within 10 minutes. Outer hotels need a Grab ride at the end of the night (20,000–80,000 IDR depending on distance and hour). After 3am Grab availability drops; arrange your hotel pickup in advance if you plan to close the club out.
If you want true late-night clubbing on mainland Lombok — only option. If you want to experience how Indonesians actually go out at night. If you're staying in Senggigi and want options after the live music bars close at 1am. If you have a group and want bottle service at fair prices.
Skip Ozzo if you want Western EDM specifically (programming skews Indonesian), if you don't want to dress up, if you'd be uncomfortable in a heavily Indonesian crowd, or if you're solo female and unwilling to travel in a group to a real nightclub setting.
